Question: What is an eBook?
Answer: Simply put, an e-book is an electronic book. Instead of buying a book that is shipped to you in the mail, an e-book allows you to buy that same book in electronic format. The e-book is delivered instantly to you e-mail address and you read it right off your computer screen after a quick download. The e-books I sell come in .zip and .pdf formats.

Question: What do I need to open my eBook?
Answer: To read an e-book with a .zip format, you must use Winzip, WinRAR, or any other similar program to open up the file. To read an e-book in .pdf format, you must use Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can get it free of charge by searching for "Adobe Acrobat Reader" in Google. Similarly, you can download WinZip or WinRAR by going to Google and typing in “Winzip” or “WinRAR.”

Question: I have sent my Paypal payment but I haven’t received my eBook yet. What do I do?
Answer: All eBooks should be delivered instantly, but if any problem should arise, first check your junk mail, and if it is still not in there, email me at saf0524@ebook-download-library.com.
